| Two one story buildings face each other across a landscaped courtyard. Each building has three studio apartments with heated, stained concrete floors. End apartments have a window seat, center ones have lots of wall space for hanging pictures. Light is generous with the south facing clerestories in the high ceilings. Closets are in the bathroom. Each apartment has a front porch, or shares one. Each has a back patio, with a storage closet off it. Exterior walls are plastered, windowsills deep, in Southwest style. |
